Just got back from a year deployment and it's time to do some upgrades/replacements on the 4runner.
I'd like to hear any suggestions on tires - for now, it will probably not see offroad for at least a couple more years. I do like the look of an offroad tire, but want something that will last with city/highway miles. Really have no idea of what to run. I had a Duramax that I ran the Nitto Terra Grapplers - they seemed to hold up well on such a heavy truck, and rode pretty well. Don't need anything that aggressive looking, but just as a comparison.
Second, my XREAS are showing signs of a couple leaks. I don't think the ride quality is bad now, but I really have nothing to compare to. If I remember correctly, most have replaced the XREAS with Bilstein's (5100's IIRC), and I'm just curious if I should replace them and loose the XREAS system or ride out the XREAS system a little longer before replacing them.
