Wheel spacers. Are "NEEDED" to stop rubbing on UCA and wider look for tires bigger then 275/70/R17 so this tire is wider than stock but same height

This statement is false. Spacers are not needed to run 285's on factory rims and 275's are taller and wider than stock.

Trying to understand this. 2014 SR5 premium, 3" lift....will 285/70/17 fit with minor mod? What exactly will require modification?

That will be a more complete chart. Every tire type is different and I imagine [MENTION=66316]1engineer[/MENTION] didn't get that far into the details for that reason - one couldn't possibly cover every different combination. A number of members here have a 3" lift with 285s - modifications have been anything from pushing the fender liner forward and nothing else, to heavy trimming and cutting off the body mount. It depends on what specific tire you buy and the offset and width (and backspacing) of your wheels, if not stock.

Yes that's true. Statistical analysis gives me well over 1,000 possible combinations without the effect of aftermarket UCA's lol. I made it as simple as possible and still provide reasonable information.
