tires?

so i am looking for some 33s. but i dont know what i should go with, any ideas? i was leaning to the maxis buckshot. and i know i believe its a 285/85/17. but some places only offer. like a 285 by. 10 or 11 or 12. or some other number. what are those numbers for. and what would i go with to best fir my rig?

Where do you do most of your driving? Highway? Trail?

285/70/17 is about a 32.8x11.5x17 tire. I take it you already have a lift?

Nobody makes a 285 by 10, you're confusing metric and LT size codes. Start here: Tire code - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia .

A 285/85/17 is approximately a 36 inch tire? A 265/75/17 is roughly 33x10.5, is that what you meant?

i have the lift in the mail. its a toytech 3/2 spacer lift. as we are on the topic what size wheel spacers will i need? that makes since that i was confusing them. i just googled 33 inch mud tires. just to see what came up. so i was getting a bunch of different sites.

Spidertrax and All Pro make the two most popular wheel spacers. Spidertrax comes in a 1.25" and All Pro offers either a 1.25" or 1.5" spacer.
