Anyone want to talk me out of it?
Nope. Mine are my favorite tire I've run so far, no mileage or noise hit over the AT-style tires and twice the traction. Just remember to have the shop sipe the center lugs, or you'll hate snowy roads.
I Your 3vz might not like you, though.
With the right gearing and my eventual dual transfer cases, my 3.0 will like me just fine. That engine has done all that I have ever asked it to do and more! Even at 10,000 feet I have had no issue with it.

How do you like them? Thinking of putting probably about a 285/75 or 33's on my new truck in the KM2's, it see's a lot of road, about 300 miles from home to WSU :/
I like 'em great. I'm running 255/85s, which are less rotating mass and just slightly taller than 285/75s.
you really want to crawl huh? Why not just go with 4.88's since you're Dual T-casing? Don't you already have some KM2's Bill?
They are really bad street driving in the snow if they are to be used 100% of the time even in winter on the street. .
well are yours on 15" rims or 16" rims? Cuz mine will be 16's since it's a third gen...
Never hurts to be bigger right?
Tell them to get them siped. They'll never be Blizzaks, but mine are perfectly usable on slick winter roads.
