Titan Rod Vault?

Thanks for bringing this up. I have a rod vault sitting in my garage waiting to be mounted to my 15 TE with Baja Utility Rack. I have seen a 4th gen with stock roof rails that had one mounted. The issue I see is the hatch. You will have to get the reel case far enough forward so you can open the rear door.
Sportube double haul
I have the sportube double haul tube that I use. It works the way its suppose to, however, I clamp it vertically (imagine two rods on top of each other versus next to each other). I noticed that clamping it this way, there is a slight bow in the tube. Otherwise it seems to work fine.

They are everywhere around here in Denver, but I guess that's cause they're a Colorado company. I don't use one, but instead I use Sumo Rod Mounts (magnetic). They work great and allow me to prospect down a lot of the spots around here. I usually just break down my rods at the end of the day.
Only problem with the Rod Mounts is that I need to remove them and put them in the T4R because Im afraid of them getting stolen.

This is exactly what I do, those mounts are convenient for multi spot day fishing.

For carrying my rods I use one of these Sage tubes that holds up to four 9' 4 piece rods. If I'm driving from one spot to another I just put bungees between the two D-rings in the back and the two rear seat grab handles and slide my rods in. Can get a 9' or shorter rod up there no problem. My 10' and spey/switch rods are a different story...

Will the hatch open?Testing it with the Baja rack. It will work with the Baja Thule/Yakima mounts

Sitting flat on the roof rack it doesnt quite have the clearance. But when these come in it will work because it will have the extra 3" or so it needs to clear the hatch: Baja Rack: accessories_details

Picked up a refurbished Titan Rod Vault at their factory...perks of them being based in Denver! After plasti-dipping it anthracite grey, installed them today. If you use the stock TE cross bars, you'll need two spacers for the rear mount, and shorter bolts up front.
Guys at Denver Outfitters were awesome...they already knew what the 5th Gens needed, so he gave me four spacers, which are just the bottom part of the clamp with the threads drilled out. He drilled them out for me real quick. The spacers lift the rear clamp up about an inch so that you can actually open the case. Our 5th Gen cross bars are so close to the roof of the truck. This is the reason for shorter bolts up front...cost about $4 for four 1-1/4" bolts.
