I just finished installing my ICON track bar and lower link arms. There is no way I could have removed the bolts without my impact wrench. The bolts were fully torqued, if not more, and looked like they had red Loctite on them.

After breaking the bolts loose, everything else was easy. Well fairly easy, getting the an angle where I could get leverage to torque the bolts back to spec was tricky but that was all.

Next comes the upper link arms, which I'm not looking forward to, especially the drivers side with the gas tank making a serious obstacle to work around (any suggestions would be appreciated).

As a heads up, either the head of the bolt or the nut is serrated and does not spin easily (I believe it is the head of the bolt). It is designed to keep the axle flexing from loosening the bolts. Loosen the nut, it'll be easier.

Sort of... for the track bar and lower link arms, you loosen the bolt just as you described. The upper arms you loosen the nut while holding the bolt (from the on-line repair manual). The upper have to be different since they are going to be a royal PIA to do.

BTW - I almost forgot, thanks to whoever posted the repair manual (harper7 I think). It has been very helpful. Not only for this but everything I've done! If we every meet up I owe you some beer as well.
