Toggle in my fuse panel

I went exploring inside my fuse panel today. And found this toggle switch. It is in the off position. Anyone know what this is for?

Im just taking a shot at it but it looks like its a hidden kill switch to keep from some one driving off in it.

theres an aftermarket alarm on the truck, its the valet switch. either the brain is mounted on the kickpanel or under the steering.

99.9% its for a dei remote starter. its a override to turn off the remote start option
