Tokico Vs Bilstein FJ stockers

I have a full set of Tokico shocks off a FJ I am going to put on my runner. I was just curious what the difference is between the two. I see that they were both put on the FJ.

Bilstein's are an "upgrade". I can't tell you the exact differences, but I've talked to several FJ owners who've drove both and prefer the Bilstein's hands down. Less nose dive, better handling, and smoother ride I believe. The Tokico's will be very similar to what you have on your 4runner now (same brand/style).

But they are a little taller correct?

Not that I'm aware of, but I can't honestly say as I have not seen actual measurements.
