Tonneau Cover for 2014 SR5

So after reading the previous threads in here about Tonneau Covers (for 2011 & 2012) I called the dealer regarding my 2014 SR5. Dealer said "don't think it will fit" :tsk:

Does anyone know if one will fit on a 2014 SR5? The dealer said I would have to preorder & pay to have one brought in and check....

hmm funny enough Toyota calls that a "Tonneau Cover" on their accessory site... but yes that is what I am talking about.

The only bad thing about the covers is it only covers about 2/3 of the rear compartment so people can still look into the 4runner and see things you are trying to hide. There is about a 8" gap between the cover and 2nd row seats and a big gap between the rear of the cover and the rear hatch. My old 03 covered pretty much the whole compartment.

It is kind of a joke. My 4th Gen SR5 was fully covered.

Its not that bad. One click back on the rear seats and you're good. However for the price, the cargo cover seems cheap and flimsy. Not like the covers for the 3rd and 4th gens.

Kind of disappointed that my cargo cover doesn't go all the way to the rear and leaves a few inch gap. I don't utilize the back storage too often but when it do I'd like it to be completely covered, even if it's just a few camping chairs and tent.

I just put one in too. I like it; there is a gap which doesn't bother me because if I have something to hide back there, it's not staying in the truck for long. As others have said, I just tilt the rear seats a little and all is good.
