Well hopefully those of you with the in-channel vent visors like them a lot. Because if you ever take them off, the window will rattle because the channel has been stretched out by the visors.

That's the only draw back in my opinion. I don't plan on ever getting rid of mine though.

I voted to put it back on but I think it looks good both ways. I would leave it off for a while, but wouldn't sell it. You may want to put it back on in a few months just to change things up.

off topic - what kind of wax/polish do you use? Your truck always looks clean as any I've seen.

Oh, and leave off the bug guard.

I'd leave it off, did the same thing with mine. I really liked the canadian version bug deflector that i use to have but it sucks when cleaning underneath it

Fo, you inspired me. I just got back in from the garage from taking my bug guard off. I think it looks better already.

My bug guard was a port installed option, even though it was still on the boat coming from Japan when I ordered it, I did not have the option with my particular 4R (I waited over a month to get the one I wanted with the color and options I wanted) to get it without it. I left it on because I thought it would be practical, even if it didn't look as good. Well, after two full winters in CO with it on, there are chips on my hood from rocks just inches behind the guard and my window is constantly getting shellacked with bugs and rocks. So, if it doesn't serve a practical purpose, why have it on. :)

Yeah mine was definitely doing more harm then good, constantly coming off and flapping up and down like it was just waiting to in half... They definitely look better on the 3rd Gens than they do on the 4ths..
