torque spec question

Does anybody know the torque spec. for the upper control arm to frame bolt. I can't seem to find it anywhere. All it said in the instructions was torque to manufacturers spec. which I don't have. 2011 sr5 4x4 Thanks

oopss my bad.

just found that.

(a) Tighten the nut.
Torque: 115 N·m (1173 kgf·cm, 85ft·lbf)


what the hell are they talking about in step 1(b)???

Oh , I see where you got that. That 71 in/lbs is the bolt that holds the ABS wire bracket on.

To the OP , Your also supposed to stabilize the suspension before torquing it.
per manual...

Hand tighten nut then
install wheels

. STABILIZE SUSPENSION
(a) Lower the vehicle.
(b) Bounce the vehicle up and down several times to stabilize the suspension

Torque to 85 ft/lbs

Ya missed the bounce up and down part ill re-check the bolt after a good cruise I figure by the time the bushing go out those fancy 1100 uca's will be a bit more reasonably priced. Thanks for the info not a ton of info out there like the 3rd gens but people are really starting to mod the heck put of these things.
