Oh , I see where you got that. That 71 in/lbs is the bolt that holds the ABS wire bracket on.oopss my bad.
just found that.
(a) Tighten the nut.
Torque: 115 N·m (1173 kgf·cm, 85ft·lbf)

To the OP , Your also supposed to stabilize the suspension before torquing it.
per manual...
Hand tighten nut then
install wheels
. STABILIZE SUSPENSION
(a) Lower the vehicle.
(b) Bounce the vehicle up and down several times to stabilize the suspension
Torque to 85 ft/lbs
