Touch screen gave out on my 2011 lmited edition need help

Hi Folks,

my touch screen for radio, navigation, etc, suddenly stopped working , some touch buttons dont work while others touch get complete different response to what it should before .

not sure what to do tried taking fuse out and putting back, removing the battery terminal and put back to no pervail,

has anyone have same issues and how to resolve it

see rigtec's suggestions paying attention to the time in between certain steps. There's a good chance your head unit needs to be replaced though so if you want a functioning nav and want OEM mentality prepare for a $3K+ bill at the dealership unless you DIY
