Touch up paint?

Does anyone know if one can get touch up paint for the inside silver color (or whatever the hell you call it). I didn't notice that I spilled some Starbucks down the passanger side silver next to the cup holder until I cleaned her out this past weekend. I tried to clean off the stain but it had set in. In fact, the damn silver paint started to come off as I scrubbed!

I think you only have a few choices.

1) Take the part off, sand it down and repaint the whole thing. You should be able to get a can of spray paint and clear coat at your local auto parts store.

2) Use touch up but it'll look like shit.

3) leave it alone but it'll look like shit.

4) Don't think about it and it'll still look like shit but you won't see it since it's on the passenger side.

That's a bummer CV. Guess I'll be a little more hasty to clean any spills on the silver. If I were you I probably wouldn't use touch up paint for it. I doubt it would blend very well and would probably stand out even more. You could maybe check with toyota about replacing just the silver piece. I would think that part is seperate from the rest of the dash and should pop out (not totally sure though, don't break anything trying to get it out :bash: ).
