its a glossy paint and if its not your cup o' tea, they have flat black....or pink!!!

just got done with the first coat and i'm liking it! note to retards like myself: do NOT try and wash the rustoleum crapoleum out of the foam brushes unless you like washing with paint clean up solution. for the 75 cent price tag just buy several.
