thanks man...

they are the two tone FJ cruiser version. I bought them from a local dealer as take-offs. gave 400 for all 5 with caps and lugs.

Mod # 10. Not really a mod, but I found out today that the all weather floor mats came off of stop sale, so I picked up a set.

Mod# 11.
TRD cold air intake
Super easy install, took about 30 min perhaps 45.
A couple notes.
1. This thing is NOT loud at all. You do not hear it when you feather your throttle like on my K&N or my Volant.
2. I am getting exhaust this week, or I would not have spent money on the CAI. I feel (personally) they have little effect when used alone, but I need the extra power since this truck will be hauling more than 800lbs of armor and winch in the very near future.

Looking good ! How much longer before the new Rocktek front bumper. I need to talk to Justin about making me a tucked rear bumper to gain some departure angle this fall.

BTW ... Upgrading your exhaust ,I have some DT long tube headers I'd let go to you for dirt cheap!

I am going to Justin's tomorrow after church for the final test fit. Both front and rear bumpers should be once next weekend.

I am not brave enough to run headers. Thanks for the offer, but I have had two bad experiences with headers and I steer pretty clear of them now.

I am just going to do a flow master three chamber and resonator delete and call it good, should give me with the CAI roughly 12-18 hp gain to compensate for the weight.

No problem on the headers as they just sold over on the FJ forum where I had them listed too. I had a flowmaster Super 44 off-road muffler on for awhile but it was freakin loud. Not for me but my kids complained they couldn't hear on their iphones.lol Anybody local can have it for free as it's just taking up space in my garage.

Update: I wish I could call this mod 12 but it will go to powder tomorrow.

Here is a sneak peak. We ended up cutting the plastic, but it can be cut two way, with the center in tact like mine, or without.

i think it will look even better with the lights, winch, and shackles on it. I soooo bad wanted to just paint it and slap it on....but...i gotta wait. Plus I pick up my SW bumper in the AM...so it should be a very happy weekend for me.

OKAY.....Here it is Mod #12.0 with 12.1 (tire carrier TBA)

Shrockworks Rear Bumper. I ran out of light last night, so I had to stop before I could get the tire carrier installed. But its on and I like it. Down side, back up sensors do not work. as soon as you turn them on, they have a steady beep.

Okay MOD 12.1 as promised.

My only disappointment was the fact that the SW rear tire carrier uses SAE studs, so the factory lugs would not work. They supply acorn nuts, but they dig into the wheel very bad.

FINALLY Mod #13 Rocktek Front Tube Winch Bumper......

The winch is not installed yet, and the lights are not hooked up. Being that I run one company, own another company, and have 3 kids and a wife, I find myself working in the dark ALOT.

Like to see something different on here with the tube bumper! Once this sucker is paid off and I can wheel it for real, I am leaning in this direction myself. Looks awesome!

Okay.... The Rocktek is on. Still have to finish wiring, but its ready, this marks the 3rd 5th gen bumper he has made. Mine, Tim's, and Gary's

Front bumper looks great! That kind of sucks about the tire carrier issue...is the stud pressed in or welded on? Any possibility for you to swap in some metric studs? If not, maybe you can try to find a couple of SAE washer style seat lug nuts? Even though it's a minor inconvenience, this would bother me to no end

they are welded and then powdercoated. But I could cut the weld, install the M12x1.5 studs and then have that one small pc coated.

really not a big deal, but just worth mention

I like the tube bumper TOY2G, first I have seen on a 5th gen 4R. Not really feeling the rear bumper as much :hiding:. Now you need a wider agressive stance and some bigger tires :bigok:

If they made a tube rear bumper i would own it IMO

I do not want to go bigger than the 285s i have and i do not want them to stick out too far because there are no flares yet. The FJ wheels give me over an inch overall more width and it does not change my scrub radius too bad.

I will go to a 35 when i get enough green to do gear. But I have owned this truck for just a few months and I am about $8500 in MODs and I still owe 25k on it.....the wife is ready for me to leave it alone.

I am going to call this Mod #14
PRG LED Lights, PRG 9k Winch, PRG Syn Winch Line, Factor55 Thimble, 3/4 Shackles, and aluminum fairlead. It kinda more than one mod but its really not.

Notice the Kawasaki triangular turn signals built into the bumper.
