Toyota 4 Runner 2005

Hi Guys
I have a Toyota 4 Runner 2005
I have just started having problems in 4 wheel drive
with it in H4 and selecting Center differential lock switch it has no problems travelling in a straight line but when I do a sharp turn it truck sort of lurches forward (the indicator light tells me the differential lock is engaged)
any ideas or suggetions would be most welcome

Do not lock the Center diff on dry pavement. You will break something

And dont take sharp turns also on dry pavement. Locker was meant for slipery surfaces (mud or water puddles, uphill, etc.)

Here's a nice little guide for you. Unfortunately you're NOT alone. It's unfortunate. BEFORE I bought my first 4wd system I know EXACTLY how to drive it.

It was so much simpler with my old Land Cruiser's manual 4WD but after learning the new electronics I'm impressed with its performance.
