You can manually enter it yourself if you go to Toyota.com and register your vehicle. The history of your vehicle shows up there as well.

Yup, been doing that with every Toyota vehicle I own.

Thanks all. I have never experienced such a stupid problem, I am going back to them to just loosen it back up and now I can go back to doing my own oil changes. I wouldn't even want a free oil change at this point because they would probably just do it again.

Just did my first oil change, last one since ownership was covered by dealership, and couldn't get the filter housing off. Ridiculous. Bought a longer ratchet and will try some of the tricks i've seen on youtube. It shouldn't be like this on a vehicle that cost this much.
