toyota grill mod

anyone have any pictures of the grill mod that everyone does except using like the toyota emblem from an FJ? I was thinking that it might look cool to do and get rid of the weird T emblem and go old school with it spelled out but I'd like to see what it looks like ahead of time since once you do it, there's no going back!

Its called the satoshi grill mod, check my build thread for pics. Oh and you'll need to get a 96-98 front grill to do it right.

why?

Why do you need a 96-98 grill? Won't a 2001 grill work? I've been looking at pictures of the Satoshi mods but the letters look too small. I know someone had said that Taco owners are using a different logo that looked bigger in the pictures. Anyone use these on a 4runner?
 
You need a 96-98 grill because you can cut the "guts" out of it to create the hollow opening. THe 99-02 grills have the larger, solid center piece.
Yes, the Tacoma guys use a larger symbol. Not sure where they get it though. You can put whatever symbol you want...it just attaches through the mesh.

Thanks PBR but I think I'll keep mine and order one of the cheap aftermarket ones just in case I mess it up!
