Toyota Replacement Terminals

MStudt

official vendor
I need some help finding some replacement terminals for a couple plugs that I'm going to rework. I thought there was a thread that Brilliant started a while back, but I can't it. I'm looking for three different sizes, and two different styles.

I'm pretty sure these terminals are the same for all of these switches (trac of, rear diff, center diff, fog light).

Your answer is in the hundreds of pages in the attached download link for the Official Toyota Wire Harness Repair Manual. You look up the plug involved by the number of pins and then checking the pictures or if you can find the second half of the part number embossed on the plug you can use that. Then use the part number listed to order the repair wire (terminal plus short wire) from the dealer. Those idiots have NO idea how to look it up but they WILL order it for you--at least, mine will. Or you can get them on-line.

This thing is gold.

If you need help, give me a good pic of the female plug (not the switch) and I'll do it for you. Or get the number off the plug. It should be on there.

I'll have to look at the link tomorrow when I have faster internet. I have one plug in hand, and it has a number of 10631 on it. The other plug I'll have to dig into the dash for this weekend. Thanks for the link!

That one takes repair wire p/n 82998-12170

Dimensions are on page 388 of the manual I linked.

After some looking around I was able to come up with the other two pins that I need. Got them ordered today.
