Toytec 3/1.5 spacer lift question

I just ordered the Toytec 3/1.5 spacer kit. It states works great with stock shocks. I called Toytec today and asked "will Bilsteins 4600" work with this kit. And reply was "I do not know". I figured Toytec would know. So can anybody answer that question? My assumption is that they will work. Are The Bilsteins 4600 a stock shock for a 2006 2wd 4Runner?
