Toytec Lift & BJ Replacement

[back in the ussr]

ok guys I'm slowly getting parts to build up my '99 SR5. I want to get a 3" lift from toytec, but I want to make sure I get the right one based on the stuff I will be putting on it. So far I've got an ARB bumper with Warn 9.5xp winch that I will be adding to the front. It's also has the potential to be the DD sometimes, and not just an offroad vehicle. Which lift from Toytec should I get? Also, should I get new UCA's or anything else when I do the lift?

Question 2: I also want to replace the LBJ & UBJ, and any other stuff that makes sense to replace while it's all apart. I'm technically/mechanically inclined but I'm not that familiar with working on the 4runner, so please let me know what I should buy.
