Toytec lift help

Looking for anyone who may have a spanner wrench that would fit these older style coilovers.. Could possibly buy it or borrow it, will pay for shipping both ways. Just need it for a day or so.

I do have those, but wouldn't be able to help you out for 3-4 weeks. I would give Toytec a call and see if they can hook you up.

This MAY not work for you but that collar looks like a Fox/King style and should work with a #3 phillips screwdriver by cutting the end off to substitute for a spanner. I actually have the $50 Fox wrench and I actually prefer the screwdriver over the spanner wrench because it gives you a lot more leverage and keeps your hands away from everything in the way. You can use a 1/4 punch as well but it wont have as long of a handle.

Truthfully those spanner wrench's suck. Go to Home Depot and buy a 4 inch pipe wrench and a smaller pipe wrench. I found it to be a lot easier to turn because you have better leverage. Trust me they are not that easy to move after having them on for a while. it will leave marks on the aluminium ( that's if you are not to anal ) but for me it was worth it not having to deal with the wrench's popping out of the holes.

I emailed Toytec but I've read on some other searches on this topic that they don't carry them anymore... I may try the pipe wrench if I cant find someone with one of these in a week or so. There are some adjustable ones for sale but I'm not sure what size I would need or if they would even work well...
