Anyone else find it impossible to get a response from Toytec support. I have the bent spring /shock issue and getting them to respond is like pulling teeth.

Short version, keep calling them on the phone until you get someone and keep following up one the phone until you get the issue resolved. Don't email.

We were doing it during the middle of the heat of covid, but we had an issue with one of the sway bar blocks on our BOSS coilovers. I called them, they were very agreeable about sending a replacement out. Then a week went by, and another. It took about a month, but only because I was too lax on following up (that shouldn't really be true as a customer but you know...).

Always had good service from them. Most recent was last summer. Called about some parts since I stranded somewhat local to them with a blown shock. They let me know what they had in stock and more than awesome to deal with in person.
I have found in personal and professional cases that a phone call gets quicker results and usually with way less effort.

I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time getting ahold of them. I had a great conversation over the phone and was able to get my questions answered and issues resolved. Have you tried calling?

Tried to make a return and got nothing, even after a phone call and approval. I figure it's to run out the clock on the return window. Meh, It's a good product I just went a different route.

I’ve never had an issue with them. I called them a couple months ago. Talked to Hugo he got my order in and the special tool for my uniballs everything was in stock and shipped within a couple days.
