I'm going to run ultamite with superflex and 5100 shocks.i would like to set front at 2.5 and I'll have some extras(200lbs) in the back so I should set about 3/4-1 inch higher in back,running 265/75/16 .85%street and trail
Are you guys liking the daily ride with this set up.
Should I buy a adj panhard or the bracket?
What the cheapest and best bump stop setup?
Do I need brake lines or ebrake bracket?
I was going to use a ss1.2 rear and toytec coilovers but I'm afraid the rear will be to high.

My buddy likes hit toytec setup. He says the front feels a little stiffer than he would like but he set around 3" so at 2.5" that would help a little.

I think you can get away without the panhard bar and bracket. I dont run one with about 4" rear lift and so far not too bad. I do plan on getting the adjustable bar eventually.

Cheapest bump stop setup would be just lower your stock ones yourself to match the lift. If you lift the rear 3.5", drop the bump stops 3.5" with some type of block. I have SS bump stops and they are lowered about 3 3/4". They are expensive though.

You can get away with bending the rear brake line bracket down to get about 3" more slack on the rear brake line or buy an extended line.

I just disconnected my e brake bracket for awhile before I installed a little spare piece of metal.

The superflex coils give about he same lift as 7 wraps which are used in the 1.2 SS kit. If you dont run the stock cone bump stops you lose about 3/4" lift since they compress the rear coil.

Only thing your missing I see is extending the rear sway bar brackets or sway bar links to match the lift.

I'm going to buy new pro thane 18115 bushings off amazon for the f sway bar and put it on back,what's the best option for the front sway bar end links.
I would like to find a part number for the longer brake line in the rear (wheelers or toytecs)so I can see if amazon has those as well?

How much lift is lost if I don't run the stock cone bumps with superflex coils in side the rear springs,(3/4 or3/8) and any issues with not using them?
I'm going to unbolt panhard and cut and sleeve,this is what Steve recomended if I was capable of welding it.

The only lift you lose from not running the cone bumps is the thickness of the flange that's between the spring and the spring seat. It might be 3/8", but probably thinner.

There's no need to search high and low for sway bar links made of unobtanium just because they're the "best". I found some greasable Moogs on Amazon and they do the job just fine.

Panhard mods are a good idea to keep the rear axle centered under the vehicle.

I'm going to put the front end links in the back,I need to buy some stock end links for the front,what year end links work for the front(2nd gen)?

There's no need to change the front links. Just get a new set of front links for the rear.
