trading out sport wheels for tacoma wheels

I really like the older version of the 4runner wheels that you see on the tacoma trucks as well. I have seen on ebay where I can get the wheels that will fit the 03, but center caps and lug nuts are not included on some of them. Can I just use the current caps and lug nuts I have and just purchase the wheels?

Lugs I'm almost positive you can re-use, but the center caps look different.

Also what if the tire pressure sensors are not included? Can I use what I currently have?

The SR5/Limited center caps are bigger than the Sport Edition center caps and aren't interchangeable.

Make sure they're at least a 17" wheel since you have the sport edition with larger brakes
