Trailer Plug Location

I had U-haul install a class III hitch on my 2008 4runner. Toyota's factory trailer plug receptacle is located up under the hitch. fishing the trailer plug under the hitch and up to the plug receptacle creates a result where the plug can fall out or be pulled out when driving over grass or brush. Does anyone have any advice on how best to relocate the plug receptacle? Thanks!!!
