so my trans wont shift in 4 or 5 some times it dose then it
and then after a few miles just drops off in 3 and wont shift any more

Ok, so we need some specs on your rig. I'm assuming you have an auto. The auto trannys are only 4 speeds. Sounds to me like it will only kick into overdrive sometimes. How has your temp been on your engine. I believe your engine has to be at operating temp to engage the overdrive.

yes its an auto temp on truck is good not cold or over heating
I let it warm up and everything I have driven it long time like
3hr long road trips and have to drive slow but seams to me that
when warmed up if I tap on trans pan
it will go into over drive 60 MPH is like 4000
