Transfer case removal

How do I get my transfer case off? I have the drive shafts off and almost all bolts except 2 or 3 on the top how do I get to those? Should I be taking it off at the transfer case or at the adapter off the transmission?

Wobble extensions and swivels or universal socket joints are your best friend when it comes to removing bolts off the transfer case and transmission. Harbor freight has them all for cheap and makes any job simpler. Best $50 in tools you can spend in my opinion.

Pulling the transfer case to replace input and output seals is the next job on deck. Seals and sealant ordered and on their way.
