Transfercase Chatter AWD Limited

I have 8k on my car I have a slight chatter when Im turning at very slow speed. This started about 2000 miles ago. Anyone else experiencing this?

Assuming you're not in H4L, it could be a subtle shudder from the Torsen Center Diff which can happen when applying power from a standstill or very low speed with a sharp steering angle. If you're referring to an audible chattering noise, it's something else.
