Transmission issue?

I have a 2007 sport 4x4 with 143k miles. Sometimes when I am going down a hill, the truck gets stuck in a lower gear after down shifting, keeping the revs at around 2000. If I give it a bit or get on the gas a good amount it will upshift returning to like 1600 rpm.
Is this either:
Not a concern
Could be fixed with a fluid flush/drain
Big transmission issue
Or something else

Not a concern.

The tranny is programmed to hold at a lower gear when going down hill. You just have to give it some gas so it will know you want to go faster and shift up.
