Transmission woes

New member with a question. I have a 2001 4runner automatic with 192k. Lately until the transmission warms up it doesn't want to shift. I have to peddle it to get it to shift. After about 5 minutes it shifts fine. I had a transmission flush (so I was told) but made no difference. I am thinking it might be the filter. Any input would be appreciated.

Tom to save you time you posted n 4th gen so just bust down 1 to 3rd gen & those will hook you up !! Mods will move later .
