Traveller winches (Tractor Supply)

Anyone have firsthand experience with these? Particularly the 10k or 12k lb models.
If on your 4runner, what bumper/mount. How is clearance and accessibility?

Maybe I'll be the test case. My son started working at TS so I get his employee discount on top of the winch being relatively inexpensive.
The thing giving me pause is it being 3hp.
