TRD CAI air filter

I asked this question a few years ago and I'm still not totally convinced: is my af dry or oiled? The prior answer was "dry" but a little confirmation would be nice before I reinstall it.

i think its oiled, even when you use a cleaning kit, afe or k&n or injen or aem, you let the filter dry and apply light layer of oil, trd has a cleaning kit too.
