TRD exhaust ?

Anyone here have TRD exhaust? How does it sound and is it a good HP gain?

Get a 2.25" cat back piping with a 24" Magnaflow muffler and keep more money in your wallet instead of shelling out a couple hundred more for the TRD on the exhaust tip.

The Magnaflow sounds nice and throaty but not obnoxiously loud,if you want that then go with the 18" muffler. Any HP gains would be in the mid range but it's not going to be real noticeable,it's more of a mod for sound and that mod is going on my truck by mid summer.

Thanx. where is a good place to get magnaflow. The only place i looked at that had magnaflow was performance products and that was only for year 03 and up. The TRD on im looking at is $480 which isnt too bad.

$480 is a decent price on a TRD which would even make me consider one for the *bling* factor but I had a muffler shop quote me under $300 with a Magnaflow. Try some car related sites or call a few independant exhaust shops in your area since most can get any muffler.
