TRD Gas Cap

I know there was JDM gas cap for 4th gen but it has been discontinued and is rare and south of $65. Here is my $17 solution:
1) stock Toyota gas cap - $14
2) metalic silver paint - $3
3) some patience and printing magic - free
4) TRD cap just for fun of it - priceless...

TRD sticker is found on google images and printed on blank label vinyl via Ink-Jet.

you could probably pass this off as a real item on Amazon or something of the sorts and sell them for double your cost.

Nah, that'd get me in trademark trouble if I distributed it. I'd love to pay money for the real thing but Toyota didn't seem to think that there is market for it - so they stoped importing most of JDM stuff to dealers. That's a shame, though.

people sell aftermarket decals with the TRD logo on it though. however you've got my head turning on ideas to spruce up my fuel cap just because i am bored.
