Trd or aftermarket outer tir rods needed

I’m maxed according to my alignment tech so I’m looking for shorter outer tie rods to get within spec

Definitely sounds like something is messed up.

Yes he feels like my rack has internal damage but not enough to be broken I was looking for a band aid fix till I can get a new or rebuilt rack I guess it does operate fine no noises or mis step

sounds like you need a new alignment tech.

Measure your toe and compare to spec. As long as you can get about an 1/8" toe in or out, or something in between, and one side not showing 3+ more or less threads should be ok. Am I off base here alignment pros?

Can you post the current alignment results and pictures of the outer tie rod ends?

Have you (or anyone) replaced the inner or outer tie rods? The stock ones should have plenty of adjustment unless something is very wrong

yea thats what i'm thinking as well...as in bent shock hoop, bent spindle, bend lower control arm sub frame.

its crazy the tie rod ends didnt bend first. They usually do, which is great cause its easier than a rack as you obviously know.

All good again aligned wrong to 03 specs not 18 tech had a brain fart moment car is back to good but I will need stock tie rod ends before winter though
