TRD Pro Wheels

Called my local dealer where I bough the car in Chandler Arizona asked to see if I can buy the TRD pro Wheels black. Told me no I can not buy them unless I have the TRD Pro model car and provide him with the Vin# to be specific. I have a 2015 Trail premium and wanted to get the TRD Pro wheels. Anyone was able to buy them and where from if that option does not work I will look into fuel rims and the second option I liked the TRD pro rims but I do not want my car to look like the TRD model just a few mods to make.:ballchain:

should be able to find them on ebay or another dealer with no problem. I have had dealers tell me they can get everything to make a non trd pro look just like a trd pro if someone wanted to take it that far.

Here is a link that will help you.
Like 4Surfin said, find a dealer that has a clue.
They can be had, it's not magic.

Just called another dealer and he told me the same thing...Toyota has placed a freeze on the order since they can not supply them fast enough as accessories. Also warned me on 3rd party sight not to give my money unless they have the rims in stock or in there hands!!:frisky:

There's always the FN wheels knock off of the TRD wheel. 8" width instead of 7" and lighter too. That is if you don't feel like dicking around trying to find the trd wheels.

You can buy them from Slee Off road

Slee - Wheels

$235 each, a little steep.

I paid $157 each, 4 of them $671.75 shipped from FL to CA. I am not sure where you can get that price right now, but a little patience, a little homework, may goes a long way.

Do mind letting me know who you bought them from. I am willing to order them and have them shipped to Arizona. That is a great price. I also looking for OEM wheels.

sorry for the massive pictures. these are the quantities in the warehouses across the US. not at port or in the factory to be put on the trucks. Actual on ground quantities in the Warehouses Toyota dealerships order from!

At one point, I thought people were told that even tho there are "stock" in the US warehouses, they were reserved to be used to build TRDpros. I am not sure how much truth is there, but seemingly, if they are all easily "order-able", dealerships won't be saying that they are "out of stock", they sure would loved to make some money selling these.

Thanks so much for that info. I called a 3rd dealer in Arizona and they said LA has 35 he will get them for me tomorrow for pick up. Will come to $232 for each $929 with Tax I do not mind paying that since I wanted OEM part and not 3rd party wheels....not a bad deal and no shipment cost since I will pick them up. He also said I can use my tire pressure gage with them I will still use my Trail tires that came with the car for now since they are new :brick::brick::bounce:

You should be paying $215 per rim on that not $232. Not sure about the taxes in AZ but that would at least save you a total of 70 to 80 bucks.

You have a point but I dont see why Toyota would ship them across the US only to send them back to the port or Factory to put them on.
