Until the 5th gen there was no TRD model of any 4runner. However many people, including myself have slapped some decals on there to become a member of the turd crew.

eBay, and where else would you install it? It looks best at this level, in my opinion.

I chose that height to be era correct. Here is an 05 Tacoma notice the decal is level with their fuel door.

All you do is apply the decal over the door, then cut around the seam... Open the door and fold the edges down.
