At this point the quickest result for me to get lights is to wait until Friday rather then waiting on refund then ordering new lights.

Anyway, can you PM the sources you have as I'm in the market for some more lighting.

After conversations with both, they know and care about what customer service means, and are anxious to assist us where Troy dropped the ball.
 
I would also check with Gaterose. He has put together several group buys for a bunch of members, without any issues. He is just a long time member helping out other members. I would much rather go through somebody that has been a long time member than somebody that looks like they just used a cookie cutter web page and nobody knows anything about.

I'm gonna have to check out Nick's stuff. I'm gonna be in the market for a 22 double stack here soon and he's not too far from me. I may check out his 42 double stack too. See if it fits my Gobi.

I will back up Chris with OKLED.. I got some 3x3 pods from him back in January. The top two led's went out on one of the pods recently so I sent him an email about it. With immediate response he had me test the light and we gathered it was dead. He sent me out a brand new one right away and I got it shortly after. Stand up guy, great to deal with.

It's 9 pm est and still no tracking number. I don't normally get pissed but when someone tells me I Will have something by a certain time and I don't, it strikes a nerve. You have until 8 am May 2 to get me a tracking number or I will file a complaint and get my money back through PayPal.

Do you have any nerves left for striking after this whole ordeal? Just wondering. :peep:

Who finds it suspicious that right when a lot of you guys start to take a more proactive method of recourse by filing complaints with Paypal/CC, someone comes out of hiding and magically announces that all the merchandise arrived and is ready for shipping?

What I am saying is why be so kind as to waiting until 8 am. Giving him until 12 am is already past his promised deadline and already too kind on your part if you ask me :)
 
The damage is already done, only ways treklights will ever sell lights now is if they include 10 boxes of twinkies with every order. And they better not be chinese twinkies.
 
I was thinking about setting up a group buy on Chinese twinkies, anyone interested ? Super quick delivery via carrier pigeon, first 5 to order get a free vial of KY jelly and a cocktail umbrella.

Just make sure to check the lunar calendar for any upcoming holidays, hopefully there's some to blame it on when your pigeons can't deliver on time!
 
Got a working tracking number from chris...holy crap!!

Been waiting for these lights for 3 months..now they'll probably be here in 3 days.
