trouble with CD player 6 disc 2003

[Blake]

Can anyone help me on what to do with my 2003 6 disc changer it won't play or load disks and keeps giving me error 3 code. Is there a repair place I can send it and is there anyone that has one for sale. I can't seem to get a hold of support from Toyota or JBL. thanks for any feedback
