For what it's worth, I had a rock warrior before my 4runner and those wheels, while looking great, especially with powder coated black rings, they scratch very easily. And yes, water build up is a pain. But they are nice looking.

You have zero fitment issues.
FWIW those have been my favorite wheels since forever. Only reason I don't have them is cost. On a MGM 4R, I think they'd be killer.
You are smart to get this settled up front. However, I'll be astounded if you get them for $98.00, and I'd advise you NOT to try to stick it to the dealer. $98.00 is probably half of dealer COST, and unless they really hosed you on the sale of the 4R, they'll probably tell you to pound sand. ETA: Unless there's a Toyota part # on the sls agrt, you don't really have much anyway.

FYI: the TRD forged faux-beadlocks are 7.5" width; the TRD "Pro" are 7"

The guy did not pay for something. Taking it is nothing short of stealing.
It's people like you with a complete lack of integrity that are steering this country straight into the toilet.

If you push too hard, you may give the dealer an opportunity to cancel or rescind your contract. I doubt they would want to go that route, but they would likely prefer that over getting screwed out of the wheels.
So, in addition to the morality, I would recommend you consider the risk of blowing your deal in the hopes of getting something for nothing.

Is it moral for a dealer to try and suck every penny out of someone when they go to buy a new car, truck, motorcycle, or widget??? Charge 5K+ over sticker for a vehicle....ANY VEHICLE .??. Charge for glass or paint sealant, high performance blinker fluid, summer or winter air for the tires, over charge for doc and DMV fees...tell you that you will get a better interest rate if you let them bend you over the desk for a inflated price on an extended warranty???
If I get the wheels, I get them, if I don't I don't ..
I will be happy with the truck either way & I will sleep fine.
I beat the salesman up pretty good on the truck, along with added items.
Next is the finance manager for my financing rate & warranty (which I already have an AWESOME deal with another dealer including 2 more years of Toyota care, and a no interest Toyota card to charge it to) if he wants to do the same deal, good for him, if not, no problem.
Sorry I kicked the hornets nest guys.

Is just called my dealer for a price on this part number, I am looking for rims for a trailer, and these are, gulp, $400 each...my Hewlett Packard says that is $1600 for a set, is there an insane factor I am missing?

Yeah I personally don't see the "moral" issue here. If you were trying to take advantage of an unsuspecting or naive individual then I would advise against it but there is absolutely nothing moral or redeeming about a car dealership. They will do anything possible to take and drain as much money from every single customer they can.
If you want the other wheels then there is no issue in asking for them in my opinion. Personally I think the TRD Pro wheels look better but everyone has their own taste.

I get it, I despise the dealerships (from a sales perspective) I think buying a car is right up there with a root canal. But I like to hold myself to a higher standard than them, but then I can't really lie with a straight face so that should tell you something.
They call them StreetLocks.... but anyway...
And they have been.. and continue to be.. AWESOME

Does it say TRD Beadlock Wheels? Or does it say Beadlock Wheels or does it give an actual part number?
If it say only "Beadlock Wheels" they can give you any old beadlock wheel according to a generally accepted definition. Doesnt even have to be Toyota or TRD or 17" if that is the entire description. And doesnt have to be grey metallic...at least from a strict interpretation of the very limited information you provided in your first post.
I personally think you might have an issue in that you didn't get the part number and the description of the TRD Pro Style Wheel in Graphite Metallic (part number PTR20-35110-GR) into the sale agreement.
So while you seem to think that the worst you can get is exactly what you wanted and the best you can get is a big upgrade to a 17" forged TRD beadlock, I am not so certain.
Would love to be a fly on the wall in those discussions especially when they ask you why YOU didnt make certain that the sales agreement you signed doesnt exactly reflect what you want and says only "Beadlock Wheels". You know this isnt these guys first rodeo as well and they can likely think on their feet as well.
