well didn't you take some water into the intake a few months back. could that be the root of the problem?

damn it lost my extension cant even pull the plugs now
I realize that. No competition here, i just wanted to make sure the OP didnt just think it was just a random occurrence that his truck fouled them. Just looking out for the owner here!
changed the plugs tested the coil pack still nothing looks like its fuel injector
right now its just misfiring in cyl 2 so its deff not timing, wires are new plugs just changed, coil pack resistant was in range, only thing now is either air leaks(dont hear one) or injectorI don't think it's wires, plugs, coils, or an injector because 3 cylinders were affected simultaneously. Usually, you'll get one dead hole or 2 dead holes if the coil controlling them went bad. But 3 missing holes all at the same time (and unrelated cylinders to boot)... that seems more like an O2 or MAF problem (or worse). However, the weird thing to me is that it ran great and all of a sudden it runs like crap. That makes me wonder if the timing belt jumped a tooth. Or... if the crankshaft pulley wasn't torqued properly to 217 ft lbs. during the last TB change, it could cause the harmonic balancer to wobble and round out the key hole, screwing up the timing. Hopefully it isn't that, but it might be something to check if the other stuff doesn't work.
only thing now its injectors and fuel filter last time i changed the fuel filter was about 2-3 years ago i thought they suppose to last longer.
Check compression
Does the CEL light seem to stay on longer the more you accelerate or drive faster? If so, then I think Brian is on to something. Years ago a YT member had his crank woodruff key screw up when the mechanic didn't torque the crank bolt on tight enough. He was fine at idol, no CEL, but after 55, it stayed on constantly due to the fact that the timing was off and I think the harmonic balancer was problematic as well. Can't really remember.
I'd check each injector with a DVM first, then clean the MAF, and then pull out the compression tester.
i want thank you guys for all the suggestions really narrow things down a lot. anybody think its good to just change the fuel filter? it was napa gold instead of the toyota filter which i thought was better
