Trying to get some help!

Hey guys I have a 07 4runner with the 4.7 V8 and im was wanting some help finding some aftermarket items and what would be best. Ok so heres the list...exhaust( a full cat back system) I've seen gibson's and i want something louder, a 3" lift i don't care if its a body or suspenstion lift(but ur opinion would be helpful), a performance chip, and finally a cold air intake. Thx for all the help sry about the spelling!

as far as the lift, are you going to wheeling it ? if so, Id upgrade the suspension, if not, just spacers will work, just my .02
