where can i find the tundra coils i need to lift the front of my runner? i keep seein ppl talkin bout findin em but have had no luck myself..

Just keep digging, they will turn up. I almost gave up hope after searching for over a month, but sure enough a set turned up (thanks Greg!).

Yea that looked like a good deal. I was tempted. But I'm scared getting more than a 3 inch lift due to seeing many torn cv boots even with diff drop

Yeah it ended up being a good deal, but the Tundra's won't give you 3" unless you add 1" spacers or 5100's at the 3rd notch. I have them with 5100's at the second notch and they are ~2.65" lift and no diff drop. I have the diff drop I just haven't put it on yet.
Tundra coils yield a 2" lift. You need not worry about cv angles. I bought these tundra coils btw. I currently have the toytec eibach springs for a 3" lift and will be curious to see the difference. Your going to spend a minimum 200 on used front lift coils and bilstein shocks so anytime you see the tundras for under that, get them.

Well it's nice to know someone here got them. Let us know how which ones you like better.
How are your cv's. Do you really need the diff drop with the tundra coils.

They're not bad. They haven't torn yet, but I will be putting the diff drop on. It's not absolutely necessary, but it does help. It also depends on how high you want to go. For just the coils and no spacers it won't be necessary, but typically adding a spacer it is recommended.

Tundra coils will not give you 3" of lift unless you use adjustable perch 5100s. The TRDs do ride nice. When I had mine, my rig was (and still is) a daily driver. I did and do drive cross country and it rides and handles great.

keep looking, ive been locking for over a year now, and nothing, i keep looking on ebay, and craigslist and a good friend even owns a couple body shops, so im hoping for a totaled trd tundra that i can do a swap on be for insurance takes it away...

i too have been looking and nothing! i have gone to and called 10 yards where i am, looked on ebay, craigs, car-part, nothing. new, they are 266 shipped, but don't want/need new. posted on tundra forums, nothing there either. in 00-06 there were a lot of these trucks made so where the hell are they?

I don't know what to say. Craigslist is becoming more and more scarce since they are now becoming so much older and people already started replacing parts.
What amount of lift are you looking for? If you're going for 3" I'd just pass up the Tundra coils and get Toytec Eibachs. They will give you a full 3" without having to go up a notch on the 5100's and to be honest there is nothing super special about the Tundra coils. I did it because they were cheap, but if you're going to pay a premium for them then you might as well go new.
You want a 00-06 access cab 4x4 TRD Tundra. Some double cabs have the yy yb, but that is rare and it's easier to just look for the access cabs.

Its both. the whole package even top nuts and lower bolt with washer and nut the replacement strut. But like i said i have to do some talking to see if i want to sell them but ill sell them to you if i do.
