So did I, he was kind of a prick, asked him a couple questions about size, and if he could send me a side profile pic, and he responded with " 17, no..... anything esle i can answer for you....." Great price but guys a douche
 
Maybe its the location of the country i am in,(or you) but that price is very high from what i see regularly on CL around here. I picked up my set for $275 and have seen them go for cheaper and about the same. Will he come off the price if you ask for just the wheels?
 
yeah i have two full sets of those wheels, both sets i got with tires and good useable tires at that too. the first set it got for free, traded my wheels for them, i had stock 17" tacoma wheels and i wanted the tundra wheels. then the second set i found on CL, they had like brand new studded snow tires on them, used for like 3months, then they swapped back to their summer tires and then the truck(sequoia) got totalled so they decided to sell, anyhow i paid $300 for them with lugs. i sold the tires for $450(cost me $40 to have them dismounted) so i made $100 buy getting those rims...

id say anything over $200 is not worth it for stock rims. there are enough people out there that want to upgrade their wheels. -although i have had some people ask to buy my wheels and offer like $400, i keep saying "no"... mainly because i think these wheels are the best looking wheel toyota has ever made for a truck but thats just me.
 
Shit I offered him 350 and he told me to get bent, called a local salvage yard or ( used auto parts) lot who wanted 150 a piece lol!
 
Forget that guy then! I picked up a 5th wheel on ebay for my spare for $75 shipped including the center cap.
 
its cool i just flagged the add lol.. idk i hate pricks like that, they feel the need to run the world. dude a polite no, i think ill pass is just fine. telling someone off is only showing their maturity level.

That's BS (that he got bent) about the price. It's not like you offered him 150, or something like that.

It's tough to find stock Toyota rims at a good price.
Check Philly CL. There's a shop in Allentown that lists those rims usually once a month. Problem is, they're in Allentown and it's a drive! But yeah, I'm having the same luck as you.

I did find a set of Tacoma rims that I'm (hoping) getting on Sunday. Not sure if I'm going to powder coat them, or PC my stock rims...

Aren't there a few sets in the classified section?

I paid 375 on eBay for the Sequoia hyper silver wheels. i was amazed that a few people were bidding on them. When I was shopping a good set would run around $300 plus.

WILLK found a set in the classifieds for me the same day I posted this up that ill be picking up tomorrow!
