It just started yesterday on my 2014 4runner SR5 premium. Anytime I turn the wheel doesn't matter left or right (though it is more prominent when turning the wheel right) at 45 degree angle it makes a single clicking noise. You can feel it in the gas pedal it's about half the volume of a turn signal. The feeling in the pedal is hard to describe its sorta like when you don't have traction and it has that stuttering brake feel but its only one stutter. It sorta feels like you ran over a small hose. Mechanic is 1hr 30min away so I'm wondering If anyone has any ideas what it is and how much I should expect to pay. I totally understand this is a shot in the dark and it could be a whole bunch of things. I am just trying to narrow it down and see if anyone else has experienced the same thing.
