I just put weathertech window deflectors in. When I use the Auto Up, it always detects an obstruction when it gets to the deflectors, and goes back down. I know this is a safety precaution, but is there a way to turn this off. I try to keep my driver window up to hopefully stretch out the top portion so this doesn't happen, but it's been about a month, and it's still happening. I have to use a badge to get in/out of work so it would be nice to have the auto up, but now I just hold the switch up.

I had that problem too and yes, relearning the auto up helped fix this problem. Disconnect the battery and reconnect it back and press and hold the window to go down for 3-5 seconds, then do the same thing going up, it should fix the problem. Once the weathertechs get seated a bit better, the window auto up/down feature should be fine.
