Turn Signal Dufus

The front driver side turn signal just gave out on me. The bulb works when running lights are on and the rear turn signal also works. All fuses are good. Am I wrong in assume that the relay is intact if the rear signal is working? Where would my next logical step in trouble shooting be?

Running a 95 5speed.

I'd check relays and fuses to see if there is a shortage.

Which rear signal works? Left OR Right?

Where would my next logical step in trouble shooting be?

Get a Digital multi-meter

Late response getting back, but I was able to figure out the problem. Turned out that the contacts for the bulb in the connector were all junked up and was causing the light to go in and out. Simple fix, should have paid more attention to the connector the first go around.
