Turn signal/hazard relay question

Does anyone know if I am able to replace my flasher relay w/DRL with the flasher relay w/o DRL?

The first picture is w/o DRL the second picture is w/DRL

No. The DRL type flasher uses a 12-pin connector and the non-DRL uses a 8-pin connector, you can't plug the DRL connector to a non-DRL flasher and vice-versa.

I've tried and it didn't work, ended up making my own adapter harness out of some audio connectors and a OEM plug on ebay.

Yeah I didn’t think it would work either. Oh well, I’ll call the dealership tomorrow and have the new flasher in on a Wednesday.
